FABULOUS OCEAN FRONT CONDO - AVAILABLE FOR A DREAM VACATION IN SAN DIEGO!!! ON THE BOARDWALK
Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Snapdragon Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster, shops and restaurants!
This 1500 square feet three bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. Decorated in a beach theme, you will feel right at home. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full sized beds. 6 people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have TV's and are located on the second level. Your vacation home also features free wireless internet service. We have 3 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs for your fun day at the beach!
Perfect for entertaining with an open kitchen, breakfast bar, and a cozy living room complete with flat screen TV. The front porch with a table and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike. Best people watching!
There is a washer/dryer in the small tandem garage. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front beauty. No air conditioning. We do provide fans for every room. The fireplace is NOT hooked up

What a wonderful place to stay!! This place did not disappoint! The views, location to everything and feeling like home made this a place we will definitely book again. There was an abundance of beach toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, bikes, you name it. We hardly left the beach house as all the amenities and activities you need are there already! Nina was such a great communicator and host! Check in process was super easy!

We loved this property for two main reasons: beachfront location in Mission Beach and the layout and great condition of the property itself. It will very comfortably fit six adults, and we were able to easily host a few family members and friends for a small graduation gathering. The first floor is very well laid out with a nice big kitchen, and the bathrooms are all nicely updated too. We loved the master suite with its huge bathroom and balcony. You are right on the boardwalk, so you have to get used to the noise and proximity of lots of passersby, but we found it fun. And the beach is steps away! We fell asleep each night listening to the waves. It’s also easy to walk to restaurants, bars, a corner store, Belmont Park, the bay, etc. Ralph’s is a quick 10 minute drive straight down Mission Blvd. Major thanks to Nina for all the cleaning and beach supplies! The garage is indeed narrow, but my husband got good at backing into it. We rented a Subaru Solterra, and everyone on the passenger side got out in the alley first. A large truck or SUV would probably not fit. My only small complaint regarding the cleaning is that the floors were swept but still pretty dirty after we arrived (based on the color of the soles of our feet), suggesting they needed more mopping. But it’s very hard to keep a beach house clean, so I give them some grace on that. The other thing to be aware of is that you can hear the footsteps of the renters on the third floor from the second floor bedrooms.
