• Stairs: This is a second-floor condo requiring one flight of stairs to enter. An additional interior staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom.
• Gear Storage: A private walk-in gear locker is available for skis, snowboards, bikes, and golf clubs.
• BBQ: The private balcony BBQ is available during the summer season only.
• Hot Tub Access: Hot tub reservations or time slots may be required. Capacity limits and temporary closures may apply. The upper spa is currently closed until further notice.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

The location was good with a trolley stop across the street. There were issues with a leak under the kitchen sink, and the shower door in the main bathroom was very hard to open and close. The unit needs some updating, especially the carpet.

Spacious. Loved that the kids had the whole top loft. Kitchen was used daily and there was everythung we needed-cups, plates. cheese grater, knives, pans, spatulas. . . We used the grill numerous times. I stayed as an adult with 4 older kids and everyone enjoyed the unit.

The location is very nice and convenient to everything in the area, the space is very comfortable and relaxed, with nice amenities inside and in the complex outside, and the host team was always immediately accessible and helpful.

If you ski, it’s a great location up at the top of the hill. Otherwise, decent location for hiking and being outdoors. Our apt at Chamonix, seemed a bit dated. Best part was the well equipped kitchen.
