7 total bedrooms with a primary suite and two bunk rooms. All have high end mattresses with luxury bedding. There is also an extra room with a extra beds, not officially classified as a bedroom.

Bedroom 2 (upper / main level): Queen bed, with new smart HDTV

Bedroom 3 (middle level): King bed with new smart HDTV

Bedroom 4 (middle level): 2 twin over twin bunks, with new smart HDTV

Bedroom 5 (bottom level): Queen bed with new smart HDTV

Bedroom 6 (bottom level): twin over twin bunks

Bedroom 7 (bottom level): Queen bed with new smart HDTV



Additional sleeping room: not classified as an official bedroom there is another room with two twin beds with new smart HDTV

Guest Access:

You have full access to this entire private cabin, including all seven bedrooms, the spacious living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor backyard and patio spaces. You are welcome to enjoy the game room, laundry facilities, and garage parking. Please note that the hot tub is decommissioned and unavailable for guest use, and a couple select closets remain locked for owner storage. We invite you to enjoy every other amenity this home has to offer during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet area of South Lake Tahoe near Pioneer Trail, this property offers peaceful mountain living with easy access to adventure. Surrounded by scenic hills and beautiful homes, it provides a tranquil retreat. You are just a few miles from Heavenly Village, local casinos, and the lake. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy miles of hiking trails accessible right from the front door, making this the perfect base for exploring the Sierra Nevada.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get to BlueHaven Tahoe is by driving. We have space for up to five vehicles between the driveway and garage, so please use those since street parking is not allowed in our neighborhood. The house is in a nice quiet spot just five minutes away from Heavenly Village. If you are flying in, Reno Tahoe International Airport is the closest major hub and is about seventy five minutes away. Once you are here, it is super easy to get around South Lake Tahoe to see the local sights by using ride sharing services or the public shuttles.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* The hot tub is currently not permitted and not part of the listing.

*We do not have air conditioning in the home. Most homes in Tahoe still don't, as it's usually not needed with the cooler days and nights we have. We do have extra fans in the closet if needed.
