This beautiful, spacious, totally renovated coastal home is located just a 5 minute walk to Hillsboro Beach/Pompano Beach. We have private access to the beach.

Experience coastal living in this fully renovated four bedroom, three bath home. Newly installed hurricane/impact windows. This home features soaring ceilings, luxurious tile, elegant stone countertops, recessed lighting, a Chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and white shaker cabinets.
Outside there is a beautifully landscaped yard with artificial turf, ambient outdoor lighting, and a newly installed heated pool with custom pavers. The pool is ideal for relaxation along with a tanning shelf with 2 loungers, 2 umbrellas. There is a BBQ grill.
Enjoy beachside living with private access to Hillsboro Beach /Pompano Beach just 1 /8 mile, only a 5 minute walk. The house is l ocated on a quiet, lush street full of tropical Florida foliage in proximity to waterfront restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.

- The start up kit includes some coffee pods, salt, pepper, a few trash bags,
a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry detergent pods, first few rolls of toilet paper and roll of paper towels.

The home is modern, spacious, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Having four king bedrooms was a huge plus, and the converted garage/game room is a nice bonus for families or groups. There were plenty of towels and linens available, which made our stay comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which we really appreciated in the July heat.The location is convenient to the beach. Unfortunately, we visited during heavy sargassum season, so the beach wasn’t swimmable because of the seaweed and odor. That’s completely outside of the owner’s control and not a reflection of the property.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home’s spacious layout, amenities, and location. A few housekeeping and maintenance issues kept this from being a five-star experience, and addressing those items would make the property feel more in line with its price point. We provided feedback to the property owners and they were responsive, courteous, and said they would be addressing.

Home was beautifully renovated at one point but has not been well maintained. We had A LOT of maintenance things come up throughout our stay. Most of it was nothing that necessarily required a fix immediately, but are things that haven’t been maintained over time or we were able to fix ourselves (closet door off tracks, bedroom door hinges loose & not allowing door to close, front porch light out, etc). Upon arrival, we noted dirty walls and doors & an extremely dirty floor. I was informed before arrival that there were towels still drying in the dryer. An hour and a half after arrival, I checked them to find an overflowing dryer with towels and bedding still wet. The owner did send the cleaner back out 2 days into our stay to take care of the laundry and clean the surfaces. Our first full day, we also found dog poop & smoked marijuana roaches in the back yard. Two of the smaller bedrooms were extremely hot & stuffy, despite the AC being on. Last but not least, on our last night, we saw a cockroach in one of the closets. There was roach spray under the kitchen sink, so this appears to be an ongoing & known issue. The location was nice & the private beach was a plus, but overall, given the lack of cleanliness and issues we encountered, we would not choose to stay here again. I did message the owner with an extensive list of issues, and she was very receptive, stating they will get them fixed, so hopefully they do.
