Cozy up on a wide sofa after dinner and catch a movie on TV. Home has 3 bedrooms with a 4th queen air mattress in a shared space. We have a private parking spot available.

The space
This newly constructed townhouse is in the First Hill neighborhood, near Downtown Seattle and tons of great places to eat. It's 5 minutes to Capitol Hill, Seattle University, and Chinatown, and a little farther to Pike Place Market. The home is 3 levels, with the kitchen and dinning being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top patio is on the 4th floor of the home.

-located very close to all public transit methods. -Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of six. -WiFi was strong and easily accessible, they had a great smart TV in the living room. -The couch was very low to the ground and older people may have a hard time getting up and down. -Stairs were very slippery in socks. -It could have been cleaner, we found mold in the second floor bathroom under the grout, hair in the tub and sink, and mold in the washer. Construction of a complex next to us was in full swing. Jack hammering of the sidewalk at 8am. Dumpster took up all parking in front of house. The lack of blinds or curtains allowed the folks to look right in. There was a blue strobe light that seeping into the master bedroom making sleep difficult.

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was perfectly located to us to get to the stadiums and downtown. Jacob was always available to communicate if we had any questions.

This is a great place to stay in Seattle! Great location to downtown. Very nice and clean place. Loved the rooftop deck. Great weekend to be in Seattle and be so close to downtonw and the M's stadium!!

The space is nice. The rep did answer quickly and ordered Amazon delivery for the toaster, light bulbs. Good hot showers upstairs. Gas stove. Deck up top. The heat pump is great… just in winter takes time to heat the 3 floors. I’m hoping that some things got fixed. The middle bedroom has a blue blinking construction security light all night, easily fixed with black out curtains. Didn’t get hot water to the kitchen, might have not waited long enough. The security pad, on the door frame fell off every time we used it. The CO monitor malfunctioned and beeped every 2 min til we cut the fuse to the living room. Strangely, we were told there was no maintenance over the holiday, but I think the following evening someone did come out to fix it, they do have a replacement CO monitor. The garbage disposal never worked from our arrival. We reported it promptly, and I was charged for breaking it ( get the insurance).
