Summary:
Kai Blue is located in Holmes Beach, just steps from the beautiful AMI beaches. This 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom with an elevator also has a private backyard with a pool. Kai Blue gives you the dreamy coastal vibe and it's close to restaurants, Island stores and right next to the free trolley stop.
Pull into the private driveway which can accommodate 4 cars and you'll feel at home. This property also include an EV Charger! Kai Blue has a spacious living area on the 2nd floor with comfy seating for all your guests. The huge kitchen, overlooking the living room and the dining room, has quartz countertops and a large kitchen island. There is 1 bedroom on the main level that has a twin day bed/trundle. The half bathroom is on this level as well. Head upstairs via the stairs or the elevator and you'll find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious primary bedroom has its own ensuite with double vanities and a step-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms on the 3rd floor have king-size beds for plenty of comfort and relaxation.
Outside you will find a secluded backyard with a pool and plenty of seating. After a day at the beach, come back, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax poolside. There's a gas grill for you to grill for your entire party. Enjoy Kai Blue. - it will be your coastal escape here on AMI!

We had a great week. Everything is provided that you need. Pool was wonderful. The games, rooms, elevator, and everything is just perfect and the communication was wonderful too.

Our group loved this property! The pool was nice sized and the area around it had plenty of room and seating for our entire group. Had no complaints about the comfort of any of the beds from anyone in our group. Kitchen and living room were nice sized and had space for all of us to sit around and talk about the day. Short, one block, walk to the beach is a definite plus to this property. Good and easy parking. Elevator was a big plus for one member of our party who just can’t do stairs. It did quit working one late afternoon and called them and they had someone there to fix it very quickly! Was Impressed with that and their overall communication from the entire week. They checked in on us or sent reminders of trash day, or instructions on things with the house almost daily, all by text message and I appreciated that! AC worked well all week and the showers had good water pressure. Been visiting the island from Ohio the last 15 years and this is definitely somewhere we’d stay again!

Seabreeze is a great vacation rental to work with. They provided the necessary information on check in and check out procedures. During our week at one of their rentals they wanted to know if everything was going as expected and if we were enjoying our stay. I would use SeaBreeze again when looking for a vacation rental.
