This ideally located condo sits right at the North end of Durango, 20 minutes from Purgatory Mountain Resort and 10 minutes from Downtown Durango. It is facing the gorgeous Animas Red Cliffs. The high grade furnishings complement this quiet get-away, including: leather down couch, mahogany sleigh queen size bed and high boy dresser, walk-in closet, inflatable queen and twin mattresses, smart TV with DVD player, leather high back stools around the counter, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air mattress available for more than 2 occupants. Covered outside porch includes dining for 4, and spectacular views of the Animas Valley and the Red Cliffs. The bamboo flooring throughout; with the in-floor heated bathroom tiled flooring complete this sophisticated retreat . Location includes a well equipped 24/7 gym and an outdoor gazebo. This property is an absolute hidden gem!The condo is beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. It truly feels like a home away from home. The views of the Animas Red Cliffs are spectacular, and we especially loved relaxing and taking in the scenery.The location on County Road 203 is one of Durango's special treasures. It offers a peaceful setting surrounded by incredible natural beauty while remaining conveniently close to town.Even our little cat Looey spent his days happily looking out the window at the spectacular Animas Red Cliffs! The condo is well maintained, thoughtfully furnished, and exceptionally welcoming.Tamra is a wonderful host and was a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. Her communication was excellent, and she clearly takes great pride in providing an outstanding guest experience.If you have the opportunity to book this property, don't pass it up. You will not be disappointed. We loved it so much that we plan to keep coming back again and again—at least until we finally buy our own place in Durango!

The condo was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking meals. I especially appreciated the property being pet-friendly. Tamara is a gracious host, and made both me and my dog feel welcome and at home.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well maintained condo. What a great space and so many extra little touches. Thank you. This condo has a well stocked kitchen that made dinners a breeze. The Durango hot springs are down the road with hiking trails close. I was the perfect places for our stay. And our kitty loved it too.
