Enjoy all the Bozeman area has to offer from this newly renovated 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom house! With room to sleep up to 16 guests, this beautifully appointed home features plenty of entertaining space, a spacious deck with hot tub and firepit, outdoor seating area with grill, and spectacular Bridger mountain views. Enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by nature while only located a 10 minute drive to bustling downtown Bozeman. Perfect for large groups and families!
The ground floor, accessible by ramp, has three bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, a large living room with floor-to-ceiling A frame windows, and a cheerful eat-in kitchen with dining table. Please note that the living room fireplace is not functional and is decorative only. Downstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a second living room. Two single size fold-out cots with corresponding linens are also provided with this rental.

The home has 6 queen size beds, 1 king size bed, and 2 single size cots. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided with your rental, along with basic necessities (hand soap, shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. for cooking and serving meals at the house. The downstairs living room features a Smart TV, which can stream shows and movies via most major apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, HBO Go, etc.), and the house is equipped with WiFi throughout. The three-car garage is available for you to store your vehicle and/or gear.
Guests will have access to the entire 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home, attached garage, deck, hot tub, and driveway (with the exception of a few locked supply closets.) The home’s front entrance can be accessed via the concrete ramp.
The house is pet friendly, but you must let us know how many pets you will be bringing along at the time of booking ($250.00 pet fee applies per stay.)
Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Much more spacious than even the pictures show. Had our entire family to attend a wedding and it was perfect! I highly recommend!

Unfortunately we only got to stay a few days in this beautiful home and it rained the whole time! We came to Montana for a family wedding and the time we spent indoors due to the weather was actually pleasant since there was more than enough to do with the board games, downstairs table games and hot tub that was provided with our stay.The house was clean and large enough for our family to spread out and enjoy different activities. Both the host and the house were wonderful.

When we arrived there was quite a bit of food in the cupboards (from precious guests?) kinda strange but fine. Odd to not have a tv upstairs but some of us enjoyed just the conversations without distractions. Would love to have instructions for the thermostats and window cranks… we called a husband and he helped us outs master bedroom never really got cool at night. Everything else seemed great - except one of our guests select downstairs and developed a resistor/nasal issue. Otherwise we had a wonderful time!

The view is great - that’s undeniable. But we faced several major issues during our stay with little to no solutions and would have booked elsewhere had we known what we were in for. When we got to the house, all bedrooms on the top floor were set to 77 degrees. After multiple attempts to get in touch with management over this, they finally informed us that the “AC was not installed yet “ and to open the windows to cool down. The top floor stayed balmy for our entire stay. We experienced water pressure issues every time we tried to shower with the water in the master shower turning off completely 3 times mid shower. The maintenance man came twice to fix this but showering remained an issue for everyone during our stay. We booked this house specifically to be able to use the grill and hot tub. The first time we opened the grill to cook, it was filled with bugs so we were had to resort to using the oven. The hot tub water needed to be higher to accommodate more than 3 people being inside at a time. We were a group of 15 so this was very inconvenient.On top of that, if you request to check in early , you are charged an additional 200. Unclear as to why since the house was completely vacant for 4 days prior to our arrival. Management’s only resolution in responding to all of the house issues was to refund this fee. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as there are many other options for large groups managements attitude was lackluster.
