The location, value, and everything was great! The community was fairly empty when I was there. An occasional person walking around, a few golfers, but not many people at all. I took a 1-mile walk down the beach and back several times. I saw, at most, 20 people. This is a good thing if you want a fairly private beach. And the best part is the next 20 miles south are even more empty beaches if those 20 people are too many for you!This is a popular place for sea turtles to lay eggs, so you need to avoid their nests, which are usually marked with sticks and caution tape. You're not allowed to have lights out on the beach at night. But that's the thing. You get nighttime beach access here if your want it! Just be sure to use big spray (deet!) or you'll get eaten alive. Ask me how I know. Don't expect anything fancy. But this place is certainly comfortable and quite well stocked with kitchen supplies. Plenty of space and a tremendous value! I wish it had a stronger A/C unit, but I'm not complaining. This place was great and I'd come back again, easy. Plenty clean, and about a 2.5 minute casual walk to the beach. Walk past the building your staying in, walk past a good green, one more small building, then you're entering the beach. There's a shower and hose to wash off on your way back from the beach and your feet will dry off by the time you get back.One thing to be aware of: the on-site restaurant(s?) was closed for business. Food needs to come from elsewhere.Thanks!

This property is great and located in the best Ocean Front gated community with many amenities! Perfect family vacation location.

Enjoyed the condo. Would have liked to have had a few more bath and beach towels.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The host was great and responded promptly and insured all our reguests or needs were handled quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and this host
