Griffin's Landing is a beautifully decorated 4BR, 3BA, 3700 square foot lakefront home offering you the best that Findley Lake and the surrounding area has to offer.

Situated at the top of the lake just steps from Main Street, the home has two lakefront decks, a walkout basement patio and two docks that are perfect for families wanting to enjoy the lake.
The home sleeps 12-14 people comfortably. There are three large bedrooms, a bunk room and two full, spacious bathrooms on the upper level to accommodate guests (5th bedroom in basement, King Bed). Master 1 is lakefront and has a King size bed as well as a Twin trundle daybed. It also features an expansive walkout deck, walk-in closet (with mini desk/printer/monitor if needed) and attached master bath. Master 2 also has a King size bed as well as a Twin Daybed. The third bedroom, which is lakefront and features a view of the lake, is equipped with two Queen Size beds and also offers a walk-in closet. Finally, a fourth bedroom offers Twin XL over Queen bunk beds with a pirates cove twin at the top. This room was specifically built for flexibility. The Queen beds are perfect for adults or the room can be used for multiple families staying with children.
The main floor was designed and decorated to allow for an open and inviting gathering area. It is lakefront and has a large deck that provides beautiful views of the lake. There is ample outdoor seating, a dining table, and awning. Inside you will find a beautiful, well stocked kitchen with intricate woodworking and a fireplace. There is also a breakfast bar with seating overlooking the lake. Next to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated family room with a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. The main level also has a full bathroom and laundry room equipped with Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer. Finally, there is a multi-use area with a Stiga ping pong table and 50+ inch Samsung Smart TV.
The lower level is for fun or simply hanging out. It has a walkout, lakefront patio. In addition, it offers a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, Xbox One with two controllers, pub style Dart Board, Foosball and an indoor Sauna.
The home has a newer grill (Spring 2023), a firepit, four adult Pelican Bay Bandit sit on kayaks and two sit in adult style kayaks. Finally, there is high-speed WiFi throughout the home as well as a wide assortment of popular board games including Sorry, Battleship, Life, Connect Four, Trivial Pursuit, Clue, decks of cards, etc.
Peek n Peak is five miles away and offers a myriad of Summer, Fall and Winter activities and festivals as well as live entertainment and dining. The home is also 20 minutes from Chautauqua Lake and 20 minutes from Erie, PA.

The host was very helpful providing extra details and had excellent response time. We were pleasantly surprised to see how close we were to downtown shopping! With the quick drive to PeaknPeak it was a perfect location for our party of 17 ages ranging from ages 8 to 71.

Nice location, communicative host. We have stayed in VRBO’s across the US. We always appreciate the reviews of the homes as well as accuracy of listing. While this home has many great features, such as location to MainStreet/shops, great view of the Lake. It’s worth noting, it was not the cleanest when we arrived. We spent time cleaning off ceiling fans and heating registers from the dust that settled. It seemed as though the cleaners weren’t expecting guests. If you enjoy cooking, the Kitchen is spacious, but we had to soak & scrub pans to cook in The foosball and air hockey table are well used to say the least. The bedrooms are spacious and beds fairly comfortable. The deck off the Kitchen /Living area is nice. The deck off Master facing the lake has no furniture so couldn’t enjoy this. Overall this house is great if you are enjoying the Lake. Just could use a little updating, cleaning & small touches. We appreciate Mark opening his home to us.

Booked for an extended family gathering. Incredible house with tons of space, great location, and an easy to contact host. Loved the view from the balcony. Hoping to book again in the future.
