Before diving into the details of your stay, please note the following important booking step:



Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email message from Casa de Kona Vacation Rentals with a secure digital link to our Rental Agreement. This is a standard step for all Casa de Kona guests. We kindly ask that the agreement be reviewed and signed within 24 hours to complete your booking. Reservations with unsigned agreements after this timeframe will be cancelled per our booking policy so the dates can be reopened for other guests.

* 1 twin-over-full bunk bedroom (Mickey Mouse room)

* 2 full bathrooms - 1 bathroom w/toilet + bathtub; 1 bathroom with toilet + shower

* Living room with a king-size Crate & Barrel sofa sleeper

* Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances

* Washer/dryer (located in garage)

* Attached 2-car garage with EV charger (fees apply)



HIDEAWAY HOME - Adjacent Home, connected by deck breezeway (2BR | 2BA | Sleeps 6)

* Located on the Main level are the following:

King bedroom + bathroom w/toilet + shower

Vaulted ceilings, open concept full kitchen w/stainless steel appliances

Living room King-size Crate & Barrel sofa sleeper

Washer + dryer



* Located on 2nd level are the following:

500 sq-foot King bedroom with en-suite bathroom + private balcony

* Exterior cameras monitor shared spaces for guest safety

* $500 cc deposit required (soft hold)

* Signed rental agreement required within 24 hours of booking or reservation will auto cancel.



The City of Oceanside is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or event location. No visitors or extra overnight guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation rental agreement.
