Nestled in a peaceful, wooded valley on scenic Grandview Road just a mile from the West Bay of Traverse City, this multi-generational home is our offer to your family and friends.
Three bedrooms with brand new beds, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, a living room that's spacious and comfortable, and a dining/family room that, like the living room, looks out through picture windows on a serene view. It also features spacious yards and a back patio for private outdoor dining.
The house is close to many attractions in the Traverse City area including a slew of wineries, breweries, fine or casual dining and a wide variety of local shops. It's the gateway to Leelanau County including the Sleeping Bear Dunes, as well as many miles of beaches and parks on Lake Michigan. We're also a short distance from the TART recreational trail
The host is nearby and available upon request. We've lived here all our lives: we can guide you to the right beach, recommend the best dining options, and more.

We enjoyed the property, it's proximity to all things local. It was also private, somewhat secluded, which was very nice. The owner does a great job of providing all necessities, and even goes above and beyond in some aspects. We did have a difficult time getting check-in instructions, not getting a response until already traveling the morning of our arrival. That was nerve wracking not knowing if we would have a place to stay. Overall, would still recommend.
