A nice spot close to the beach and short walk to town.

Closely located to beach for daily swimming and walks. Also close to Merimbula. Room downstairs with own bathroom is perfect for travelling with teenagers/young adults/another couple etc. Well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable lounge suite. Some improvements I’d suggest are outdoor sun lounges on the alfresco, 2 more bar stools in kitchen as there was only 1, free wifi as our Vodafone coverage was very weak, block out curtains in upstairs bedroom and a hair dryer supplied would have been convenient. Other than that, great value for money. A quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Great place. Some construction happening next door but didn’t bother us. Great location and apartment. Had to clean split system filters as they were totally blocked so this might be a job to put on the cleaning list every couple of months. Great place. Would certainly stay here again.

This is a wonderful location, but unfortunately the apartment needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. Windows/screens were dirty. Fly Screen leading to the balcony was split. The blinds on various windows were broken and filthy. No amenities at all supplied in the main bathroom, no tissues, soap, shampoo, nothing. The few items in the pantry look like they’ve been there for years. No wi-fi and the spare blankets have been screwed up into balls and thrown into cupboards, as have old sheets and doona covers. The towel rail in the main bathroom is loose.
This property promises so much, but is sadly quite neglected.
