Casa Hacienda Nasca Oasis

They were very welcoming- our bus arrived at 7am and our room was obviously not ready, but they gave us another. They were so helpful in every way and we enjoyed meals and the pool.

The customer service- it seemed we were a burden for the staff. We did not see a smile during our stay, they did the bare minimum. Example our elderly friends who did not speak Spanish could not find their room and instead to show them, the gentleman shouted from the distance and did not help them. Breakfast was hideous, stale bread, scrambled eggs that look like vomit, no fruits available, really really poor. I never complaint about these type of things but this hotel really needs to get the grip of customer service. Perhaps, it is because they have a captive clientele due to the nazca lines that they don’t bother.
