Great location near Monument Health Hospital. All new furnishings. Very clean, comfortable, with large back yard. Close to restaurants, 1 mi. from downtown. Great base camp for visiting the Black Hills. Traveling nurses and families visiting people in hospital are welcome. New VRBO listing - 5 rating on other sites.

Great space for our family of 6! Nice central location to the main attractions in the black hills area!

Great central location for both a hunting trip as well as seeing the sights. House was clean and comfortable. Perfectly suited the needs of 4 individuals. I would use this property again next time I visit Rapid City.

The property had everything we needed throughout the house. It was very clean and comfortable. The pictures online are very accurate. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Smell of mold overwhelming downstairs so unable to use the downstairs. Floors so noisy throughout the upstairs it would wake up everyone if someone walked around or used the bathroom. But otherwise good central location and neighborhood quiet.
