After 6 consecutive years of booking at the Splash highly recommend this unit for the first floor! Spacious and exactly asdescribed! Gloria was a wonderful host and super responsive! Will definitely book again

We have stayed at Splash before and this was by far our favorite time. We loved being on the first floor. We were able to avoid the elevators every time we left the room. The two chairs that came with the room were also priceless. We weren't in a rush to get to the beach each morning and we didn't have to worry about not being in a good spot. We will hopefully be back in the future 10/10 recommend this stay!

The condo was great. Clean very organized and equipped with everything needed. Me and my wife took our daughter and her family with one teenager a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Pool area was great. The grandkids enjoyed the pool. Beach was also great. I would definitely recommend this condo to stay at. Parking was easy. We were on the first floor so elevators were also easy.

Buyer beware that this listing showing for a 3 bedroom but the “bunk room” is the laundry closet off the front door in the kitchen. There is no outlet, no fan, no window, and no light switch housed within the room. The listing was misrepresented as a 3 bedroom and caused for very difficult sleeping arrangements for our stay. Upon sharing this information with the property owner after the first day she was neither apologetic or helpful. In fact, she never replied to my last message.
Had we wanted a 2 bedroom unit it would have been fine as the unit has a nice location within the property and was decently clean for being at a beach property.
Giving 3 stars due to the fact that the unit is NOT 3 bedrooms and the owner was very disappointing in the way she handled the manner.
