Luxury & Design by the Sea
Your home is ideally situated between the village pond and the dunes: The convenience of being within walking distance of Wenningstedt’s diverse shopping options and many restaurants is combined here with a quiet setting and a short walk to the beach: Hear and smell the sea from the sheltered south-facing balcony. In your sun-drenched garden nook, lined with wild roses, a beach chair is available from approximately April through October—an inviting spot for breakfast or simply to relax.
Your home offers approximately 80 square meters of comfortable living space spread over two levels. Here, modern design blends with maritime elements. The harmonious and understated color scheme creates a relaxed vacation atmosphere. Cleverly integrated built-in closets and a storage room in the attic provide ample storage space.
You should treat yourself to this vacation at a prime location in Wenningstedt.
