The apartment:
Located in the popular Monteolivete neighbourhood, a welcoming area with that touch of a traditional neighbourhood. This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment offers peaceful accommodation in a privileged location in Valencia.
The 90 m2 apartment features the following spaces:
- Living-dining room with sofa, armchair, island with 4 stools, dining table for 4 guests and HD TV.
- Practical open-plan kitchen adjoining the living room, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle…
- Master bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm and spacious wardrobe.
- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90x190cm and access to small balcony with exterior views to the street.
- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and sink.
It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, dishwasher tablets, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel), coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

In the charming neighbourhood of Monteolivete, surrounded by bars, shops and supermarkets and it's also very close to the Turia park, which is a great advantage. Here you can find the famous Fallas museum, where you cannot miss the permanent collection of pardoned figures from the city's festivals declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2016.
We are also just a few steps away from Ruzafa, the heart of youth that has become the trendiest neighbourhood in Valencia. Full of activity, live music, cafés, with its renovated Ruzafa Market as its epicentre, it boasts an extensive gastronomic, cultural, leisure and retail offering of the most authentic kind, bringing together a multitude of people from different cultures, languages and religions. We had a nice stay and the flat was very modern and clean. Organising our arrival was a bit complicated and frustrating. They charge a 30 euro fee if you need to check in after 9pm. Because of this, I needed my sister to check in as she was arriving in Valencia earlier than me. To allow her to check in they had some extra requirements and info I had to provide which was commonicated in quite a disorganised and confusing way. I had multiple WhatsApp and online messages from them on the day of my flight asking me to do certain things, and then ended up having to phone them which cost me money. Clearer information communicated via one channel and all at once would have been much more helpful.
