HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check-in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.

We had the best time at Gulf Dunes. This was our first time to Ft. Walton. The condo was actually better than I expected. Loved all the room it has and the fact that it was right in the beach. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very spacious and clean. Very accommodating, they have so many things available for you to enjoy your stay. There were plenty of dishes for cooking. You don’t have to walk far to get to the beach and we were so thankful for the daily two free chairs and umbrella. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable

The room was on the beach with full ocean view. There was an extra large balcony that we used frequently. There were 6 adults, a child and an infant. The condo accommodated all us with plenty of room. We watched dolphins roll by morning and evening!The pier was walkable which was a plus. Several restaurants were walkable as well. We will definitely stay here again.
