Brand new furniture, wonderful mattresses, comfy sheets, lots of pillows, soft towels, extra blankets, all the small appliances you'll ever need, simply GORGEOUS new flooring, new lighting, new walk-in showers, new glassware, bakeware, dishware and so much more! Free WiFi and Free wireless internet are provided for your use.
Amazing lake views from our patio! Open the patio door and enjoy the swans, ducks, geese, and turtles! You are just a few steps away from the lake, babbling brook, walking trail, fishing dock, and nature.
Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening.
We have new tennis/pickle ball courts (and we provide the tennis equipment in the condo!). A brand new hot tub was just completed in March!
Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
No children under 18 staying or visiting
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 5 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 5 people.

We rented the apartment for three weeks, 5 people. We give it 5 stars, with a caveat. The ceiling air conditioning vent could be cleaner, there is dust. Apart from that, everything looks so neat. Better window darkening in the bedrooms it will be nice what’s currently hanging there lets in too much light.Upon returning ( especially in the evening ) there were people outside smoking weed, don’t find that a pleasant smell certainly not when we are sitting outside on the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed all the amenities and had a wonderful time. Thanks…

Absolutely loved staying here. Beautiful places just like the pictures. Super clean, great location and Millie the host was so easy to work with. We are already planning another visit!

Great little place for a short spring break trip with family. Pool and hot tub were nice and the walking path was pretty with flowers and ducks.

This was the perfect place for our sisters vacation! It was very clean, nice updates, roomy and had everything you would need. The pool and hot tub were lovely, and we had them to ourselves most of the time. The little lake was beautiful, and the walking path was nice. The location was quiet and convenient . We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!
