This property was in an excellent location with everything like train station, shops and cafés easily walkable. The unit is as shown and we were so grateful for the air conditioning! Highly recommended

Great place
Spotlessly clean
Air con was fantastic - 39 degrees outside
Well located from the train station and central to town
Many places nearby for food and drinks. In pasta was a favourite
Smell coming from underneath the sink. I assume this was from the macerator.

Wonderful property! Well appointed. Easy access to Lucca and all the lovely shops and restaurants. The town is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights. Very clean comfortable bed, shower was great pressure with hot water.

The apartment was extremely cold and I could not seem to adjust the temperature at all. It read 19 degrees no matter what the outside conditions were and what I did with the dial. Today, my last day, there was no hot water. Also the Nespresso coffee maker was not working consistently. However, Elizabeth the apartment manager was helpful and the apartment was very well equipped although I did not cook anything during my 3 weeks.
