The modern wellness area, newly created at the end of 2023, is located in the only rooms in use on the modernly designed lower level (often referred to on Sylt as the “Warftgeschoss”). Here you’ll find a large sauna, a relaxation room with a window and modern built-in cabinetry, a spacious floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower, and—in a separate area—a washer and dryer. In the equally modern stairwell, you can dry jackets and shoes and store any strollers, dog gear, etc. (heated) without disturbing the ground-floor apartment.
You can park your car, bicycles, or sports equipment in the spacious double carport; the long gravel driveway leading to it is for your exclusive use. A traditional Sylt-style Frisian gate allows you to secure the property, which may also be important for dogs.

Pets are welcome in this home. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but is of course allowed in the garden.
