The thatched-roof house is situated in a quiet location at the beginning of a cul-de-sac in the southeastern part of Keitum. The entire first floor features underfloor heating and beautiful hardwood floors. Colorful accents and the very stylish and modern furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. The house is equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV with HD resolution, a DVD player, an iPod dock, Wi-Fi, an induction cooktop, a Nespresso machine (capsules not included), a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Of course, a parking space is also included with the property.

If you are traveling with a dog, please note that a robotic lawn mower operates on the property between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
