A south- and east-facing terrace, each furnished with high-quality patio furniture and a beach chair (available from April through October), invite you to relax.

The upper floor features two bedrooms with double beds (1.80 m and 1.60 m wide). One bedroom is equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. There is also a high-quality bathroom with a shower and toilet (travertine/natural stone and bathroom fixtures by KEUCO).

This is a non-smoking residence where pets are not allowed.
