Joseph was a great host. Check-in process was a breeze as well as the checkout process. The unit was as described and it’s in a great location of the building. Great views of the harbor but also of the pool and spa. Easy to access the beach. Thank you Joseph for making our vacation fantastic.

Very clean and well manicured complex. The condo itself was cute, clean & well maintained. Would definitely rent again!
Communication with host was excellent. Our stay in Oceanside was fantastic.

as a VRBO client, it is my understanding that an air mattress does not qualify as sleeping 2 people. This unit has one queen bed and a blow up mattress in the closet for the customer to assemble. Questionable at best to advertise it sleeps 4. In addition, there was no hot water for showering, the water temperature was luke warm. We notified the owner and the problem was never resolved.
