Floor plan:

Two-bedroom apartment with a small garden on the ground and lower levels, offering approximately 76 square meters of living space for up to 4 people.

Ground Floor: A separate entrance leads you into a practical, enclosed entryway. From here, you enter the light-filled and well-laid-out living room with a lovely dining area. A cozy couch area invites you to spend long evenings with a good book. Or would you rather watch a gripping movie on the large Smart TV? The large dining table offers plenty of space for game nights or a convivial meal with friends or family. All accompanied by music from the Bluetooth speaker.

The high-quality brand-name kitchen offers everything a culinary enthusiast could want: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. And above all—as throughout the entire apartment—plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

Basement: A solid wood door separates the living room from the staircase leading to the basement. This makes it perfect for families with small children. In the basement, you’ll find a spacious and beautifully designed room with a high-quality double bed (1.8 m x 2 m), a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV, is also furnished in a way that’s both charming and practical. The two single box-spring beds (0.8 m x 2 m) can be placed together or apart as needed. Thanks to the large, illuminated skylights, both rooms remain bright and welcoming at any time of day. The completely renovated and modernized bathroom rounds out the amenities. It features high-quality fixtures and built-in units from renowned manufacturers. Treat yourself to the floor-to-ceiling rain shower and start your day feeling relaxed. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the separate storage room.

The best is saved for last: Look forward to a gorgeous and spacious south-west-facing terrace with a view of the greenery. Comfortable patio furniture and a beach chair (available from approximately April through October) offer plenty of space to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

A parking space next to the house is reserved for you.
