3600 sq ft. 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 18, pool-table, foos ball table, hot tub, view of the lake. This property is located in a private community of Towamensing Trails walking distance to the lake/beach, and the community pool, playground, pavilion, minutes from Lake Harmony, Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski resorts, water rafting, paint ball, Hickory Run state park, also close to Pocono Raceway. (Maximum of 8 wristbands provided. Children 5 & under are not required wristbands.) Additional badges can be purchased for 10$ each. Due to the communities rules renters are not able to use their own paddle boards, kayaks, or canoes on our lake. We do have a paddle board and a kayak that are registered and available for use. This home is great for large groups, families, and friends. There are public lakes/beaches at Beltzville and Hickory Run State Park nearby, where you are able to take your own paddle boards and kayaks.

The property was as described on Vrbo, very spacious for our family reunion of 10 ages 11 to 80. The proximity of the lake to the house was a plus as was the hot tub and the pool table. We also made use of the kayak and paddleboard. The host was responsive to a concern we had. Highly recommend for a family reunion.
