Right in the heart of Taupo CBD!
Park the car and walk to the restaurants, shops, lake and events. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located, ground floor apartment.
It really is the perfect location for the amazing events Taupo hosts.
The private courtyard is perfect for lazy summer evenings.
If you have a larger group and wish to book the first floor apartment please read on further.
Bedroom 1 - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Although the apartment does not have full cooking facilities there is a bbq, hot plate with saucepan/frying pan and a microwave. There is also a washing machine available.
Access is via a lockbox. The lobby is shared with the first floor apartment. Both apartments have separate lockable entrances once inside the lobby.
We do not stay on site but a team member is available throughout your stay.
There may be guests in the upstairs apartment during your stay. Please be considerate of them with parking and noise levels, like I have asked them to be with you also :)

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Very clean and tidy and so handy to the town centre

The unit was lovely and clean and we enjoyed the bbq and outdoor area. The location is excellent, so close to the lake and town centre.

We loved the outside space and it was in a great location!

Fantastic location and very good facilities .. Unfortunately the family staying upstairs were completely inconsiderate making noise to the early hours of the Saturday and Sunday mornings. Affected our sleep badly.
