This condo had everything we needed. Wonderful location, pool, toddler pool, beach access, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the room. Although not beach front, there is a decent view of the beach from the balcony. The only bad thing I can say is the traffic to and from Florida is a nightmare at this time of the year (Spring Break time)...BUT that is not this condo's fault.
The location was nice and quiet for the week we were there. The people staying there were friendly and pleasant. Communication with Cate was easy by email, and all my questions were answered quickly.
Driving on this part of the beach is not allowed. But if you so desire, it can be done just a bit north of this location.
The area still has some damage from hurricanes. Some locations have no pool or beach access. However, this location was completely open.
My family and I enjoyed our time at this condo. We would book it again.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything is just how it looks in the photos. Very easy process to reserve along with checking in and out. Loved it!
