Visitors have access to all facilities and services provided on Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. There is a large indoor water park and several heated outdoor pools... the premier, being the "Infinity pool" is at the top of the mountain.
There is an shuttle for the resort and low cost shuttle to and from Gatlinburg

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park is the prefect location to stay when visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. The entire staff is very pleasant and always willing to help you if needed. They also keep you up to date on the activities that take place on the resort property. This was the third time that my husband and I have stayed at Westgate and we plan to return in the future.

Very clean one bedroom timeshare unit with 2 full baths perfectly located between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Had no problem checking it and they do try to get ya to do a timeshare buy but not required. You are considered the owners guests and get a discount on the on-site restaurant and 4 free weekly passes to the Indoor Waterpark which is nice if raining and have small child. Space is perfect for couple or two or with 1 or two small children. Highly recommend. Much thanks to the owner for having explained much to us prior to going

Property located close to park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge so we had easy access to various things. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well on the property. We were a bit surprised with the fact that we were asked to go through a time share presentation but it was relatively painless.
