We offer approximately 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner armchairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the delightful lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area together with a complimentary wine and food platter. A one hour drive north to Melbourne CBD and a 50 minute drive south to Portsea (end of the Mornington Peninsula). The apartment was very light and spacious and furnished to a high standard includes everything you need. It exceeded our expectation of an apartment it's more like a private annexe to the main property. It stands in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a beautiful garden giving a very relaxed vibe.The welcome pack of breakfast items wine was much appreciated
