Charming duplex (40m2), sea view terrace with electric awning, equipped kitchen (large fridge), 1 bedroom upstairs with bathroom, large living room sea view with sofa bed. Quiet residence with caretaker, large swimming pool with parasols, flâneuses, beach mattresses and bathrooms, private parking, 2 tennis courts, ping pong, petanque. At 300 meters from Tahiti beach, walk in minutes, 5 min drive from Saint-Tropez.

We arrived and greeted by a lovely host quickly settled us in and was on call if we had any questions.the views from appartment are stunning with a large terrace .you have all u need especially a huge fridge/freezer.a lovely walk to beach 10 minutes away with bars and restaurants.the nearest restaurant is really good (Le Pom de Pin )must book all in all thanks it’s was superb oh I don’t usually send in reviews but in this case I had to

When we arrived I was quite surprised that the cleaner charged me 150 euros and handed the apartment over to me, I thought the cleaning was included in the rent and 150 euros, really, what kind of hourly wage is that? !?!?!
The apartment was definitely hip in the 1960s and 70s, but it is getting old and in need of renovation!
There is only one bathtub and the shower hose is too short to shower standing up, so you can only shower while sitting.
In the lower area, near the kitchen, in the hallway, a toilet was built into a cupboard!! It makes sense to have a toilet in the lower area too, since the apartment is on two levels, with a bedroom and bathroom above, a kitchen and living room below, but who likes to sit in a closet in the kitchen to go to the toilet ?!?!!!
However, the view from the terrace is very nice and you can see the sea. The way to Szrand is not far and we were there in 5 minutes by bike. Overall, the complex is very nice, the pool is very large and you can really relax and unwind!

We were a family of 4 with 2 children 10 and 13 and small dog staying in this apartment for 5 days. The complex, pool and location is wonderful and the view is beautiful. We had extremely hot weather and the aircon just held out but as the bedroom is a mezzanine it was a little hot up there. Communication could have been better with forewarning of cleaning charges. We instead had to pay an additional 150euros extra when we arrived. I felt this was reasonable considering the location and standard of the apartment.

Great stay at this beautiful property. Quiet with a great pool and pool area. 10 minutes walk to Tahiti beach from the guard gate.
