A very large terrace allows you to enjoy the landscape and the tranquility of the place.
On the second floor:
A third bedroom more cocooning with a 140 cm bed, desk and cupboard, a fourth bedroom with a king size bed of 2m/2m or 2 beds and a beautiful view of the village of Lavigny, finally a bathroom equipped with toilet.
The terrace and the outdoor land surrounding the house allow you to rest on the deckchairs at your disposal, or to eat on the plancha or let off steam with outdoor games (petanque, molky, ball).
A wide and large yard allows parking for several vehicles if you come with family or friends.
The location of this cottage allows you to fully and quickly enjoy the visit of the most beautiful tourist sites of the Jura including the immediate proximity of two most beautiful villages in France (Baume-les-Messieurs and Château-Chalon), the vineyards and many lakes and swimming places (Clairvaux-les-Lacs, Chalain, Vouglans and Desnes). The proximity of the prefectural city of Lons-le-Saunier with its many museums and facilities, cinema, swimming pool, media library, bowling alley and of course shops.
The Jura is also a department conducive to the practice of many sports activities, including hiking that you can practice alone or accompanied by the owner of the place and thus benefit from his advice and knowledge.
