The villa "La Lézardière" is a superb modern and spacious family villa in an impressive location with fantastic views of the bay of "Pramousquier" and the famous "Cap Nègre". From the villa there is an easy flat walk to the beautiful sandy beach "Plage du Canadel" towards Rayol or the other way towards Lavandou to the sandy beach "Plage du Pramousquier". Both beaches have several Bar-Restaurants and Beach-Clubs. This unique location makes the villa ideal for a large family and offers plenty of opportunities for everyone.
The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with airconditioning and new beds. Two master bedrooms have their own "en suite" bathroom and small "walk-in" closets. There are also 2 additional separate toilets and 2 additional separate bathrooms. The villa has a spacious patio in the middle of the house, with a large, long dining table. Outside there are several terraces with seating areas and a private pool with sun loungers. "Rayol Canadel sur mer" is a unique picturesque coastal town with beautiful bays and sandy beaches in the immediate surroundings.
By bike or car, there are more than 10 beaches to discover within 20 minutes of the house, as well as well-known cycling routes for all standards.
A stone's throw away you will find the village of Rayol Canadel sur mer with its famous botanical garden "Jardins du Rayol". For an unforgettable day trip, the world famous National Park of "les Iles D'Or" is like paradise and only a short boat ride from Le Lavandou. There is a sailing school for all levels and abilities just 10 minutes away - at Cavalière beach. You can also hire anything from kayaks to catamarans or go for a crazy ride on an inflatable boat! There is also a tennis club (with a Michelin awarded restaurant - one of the best kept secrets in the area!).
In 10 minutes you can be high up in the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures, with its historic villages of Gassin, La Môle and La Croix Valmer - to name but a few. Weekly craft markets in each village and countless fantastic restaurants make the choices endless.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely villa in the Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer area; one that our family will never forget. The view of the sunset over Cape Negre was stunning. The house was spacious, well furnished, with five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Our family (2 grandparents, four parents and four grandchildren ages 6-8) enjoyed hours in the lovely pool, preparing meals in the spacious and well provisioned kitchen, and eating in the various shaded outdoor dining areas. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great as it was 36-38 degrees C during our week.We had a 10 minute walk east along the bike path to the beach at Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer. The water was clear and the beach was sandy. One could easily rent paddle boards There were two beach clubs at this beach, but plenty of space to put down our own towels and beach chairs. One night we ate dinner at the Tropicana Club, and the food was delicious. We also ordered tasty pizza from the Kasi- Kasi pizza truck parked on the walking path.After a 15 minute walk west there is a small grocery store, Proxi, there that sold delicious fresh bread which we visited daily.Marianne and Marcel are excellent property managers, and were very helpful. They provided some beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to use at the local beach. At the house there are many fun pool toys and floats, a ping pong table, boules sets, badminton and beach volleyball.

Wonderful place, ideal for families to all hang out together but big enough to get away from each other. Great to have pool, boule pitch and table tennis

We were 4 women looking for a short break and hiking. The villa is as advertised. It had great sitting areas, sun decks with great views. Fully equipped with all u would need. The host were responsive and very accommodating…
If you are coming in from Nice or if this is a new area for you make sure u get detailed instructions as it is not easy to find.
Wonderful stay and recommend highly.
