Sealoft is located on the larger pond in Barrier Dunes and is only a 4-minute walk to the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. Barrier Dunes is a gated community located next to St. Joseph State Park, a 2000-acre park with boat landing. There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads.
SEALOFT's floor plan is spacious and very accommodating.
SEALOFT has recently been upgraded with a new screened in, carpeted porch with electric heater, fans and patio lights off the living room level. Perfect for enjoying all year! Bonus - there's also a door that opens just for feeding the turtles!

There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.
50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

Loved the lake and feeding the turtles-who knew? If you go, bring them some shredded carrots. We loved the community, the beach, and our dog felt right at home on the screened deck. We would have liked a locking screen door on the deck as we had some interesting neighbors who couldn't remember which door was theirs. Thank you!

Sea Loft was absolutely perfect! Well maintained and provided all the items from home that you don’t want to lug down to the beach. The communication with the management company was top notch. Thank you for a great Anniversary stay!
