We were pleasantly surprised how wonderful this unit and location was. We scheduled 7 days but increased it to 10 days because the kids kept begging to stay and we were not hard to convince at all. Super clean, felt brand new inside, excellent view of the ocean, just a little off to see the sunrise, but no problem. Huge pool and close to ocean. You can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier but it is about a mile or so. The communication with host was quick and helpful every time. Watched the shuttle take off from the beach. And watched about 15 Cruise Ships go in and out.Full set washer and dryer was so helpful! Loved everything about this place!!! Thank you for an amazing place to stay.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful view, great location, walk to the Cocoa Beach pier. It was nice to have chairs, umbrella and towels provided.

Beach view was amazing, sunrise was right in front of our deck. Everything was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen is well appointed. Hosts communicated very well throughout. Bonus - got to see a night launch of a Space-X Falcon rocket from the beach right in front of the facility. Would definitely rent again!!
