Walking distance to groceries, Marina Jacks, Boat ride, Van Wezel, Opera\ house, Library, downtown restaurants, galleries, not far from Lido Beach, Ringling museum and Airport. An allergy safe, insect free stay on all new beds and futon. We are a vacation rental close to the beaches. We provide free Roku TV service, basic amenities like small container and coffee, tea, 2 rolls paper towels and toiletries, shampoo / conditioner samples, and sugar packets. We are located next to a Publix grocery store for anything you may need! WE LOVE our guests and are completely serviced by the OWNER! Not a management company. The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect. Close to many shops and restaurants. Tom is the perfect host. He’s easy to get in contact with if you have any questions. I highly recommend this unit.

Nice little apartment and great value. Convenient location - was easy to get to the beach and Ed Smith Stadium. Information from host was useful and the quick response to a special request was appreciated.

Apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. We were quite comfortable. As a bonus there was a very nice outdoor space to sit and socialize with the other guests. Great location.
