O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Immersed in the greenery of a large garden among olive and carob trees, the house benefits from
an enchanting view of the sea that acts as a backdrop, painting itself like a picture, to the large window of the kitchen.
A direct line between the art of the past and the comforts and comforts of the present in the choice of materials, such as the roof of reeds and plaster made following the most ancient methods, the dry stone walls handmade, stone after stone, to the refinement materials and then move on to modern times with a private 5x2 meter swimming pool inserted in the garden with a panoramic view of the sea, the hydro massage shower in the master bathroom ...
The house, 70 square meters on two levels, is composed of a large kitchen-living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with open reading corner, double bedroom and master bathroom with hydromassage shower.
Outside large expanses of greenery revolve around the house, spaces equipped with garden table and chairs, deckchairs around the pool, a barbecue area with a wood oven.
The sea is a few hundred meters away and can be reached by car in just two minutes; golden beaches of fine sand, crystal clear waters and pristine landscapes will make your holiday an oasis of peace and relaxation!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect being both quiet and peaceful whilst providing wonderful panoramic views. The sunsets are truly amazing evening displays not to be missed. The accommodation is well laid out making settling in an easy process. The garden is especially nice with a range of colourful plants and mature trees making the perfect back drop for the pool. The local village has everything you need; long sandy beaches, shops and restaurants all within walking distance of about 20 minutes. Finally, Chiara and Piero, our hosts, did everything possible to make our holiday both highly enjoyable and memorable - a BIG thanks to you!

Chiara is an exceptional host, easy to contact and had lots of great tips on where to go. You do need a car to visit all the wonderful towns and beaches nearby. I wish we had stayed longer as we couldn’t fit everything into one week. We particularly liked Noto, Ragusa and Marina Di Ragusa for the beach. The nearest town Sciciliis a fantastic place to eat in the evening as it is only a 12 minute drive and has so many good restaurants.
The pool is really a plunge pool but good enough for cooling off. The views from the front patio is amazing

Very nice location with a beautiful garden, but not enough storage space for 2 travellers with 2 suitcases. Very narrow spiral staircase does not allow suitcases to be carried up to the 1st floor. the only one cabinet was full with warmer bedding. Space in kitchen also very limited.WLAN not working on ground flooer. All in all rather fancy looking but not very practical.
