Easily accessible location. Nice view of the park. We felt safe and comfortable. You need to go up/down some steps to access the bedrooms.

We will probably try this again. The property is convenient to east Rochester with food and grocery close. It is extremely quiet and a lovely quiet park across the street. It was nice to pull our cars into the garage and have access to the garage door opener. Our cost for 3 nights equaled what we while have paid for 1 night in a hotel. I feel like there are renovations that are not complete and maybe the contractor ran out of time before our arrival. There was a contractor sign in the yard for our stay, which tells me there are renovations in process. The bath tubs were not desirable but doable. Mattresses were really firm but the pillows were nice. Some kitchen supplies need replaced. There were some other indications that there were projects in process. There are 6 levels in this house, steps are visible in the description, but actually more than anticipated.As a group, we felt this stay was probably an “8” out of 10. Definitely not the 9.5 that we were expecting. But feel that with a little more elbow grease and TLC, this could be a 9 or 10.

Our second stay. We love the neighborhood across the street from a park. We call it the multilevel home. Five levels in the house, but we love all the room for everyone!Thanks again for having us!
