Then, you are just a short drive to Maryland and Delaware beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants and great shopping. Shower off the sand from your day in the spacious outdoor shower, prepare dinner in a well-equipped kitchen, take an evening stroll or bike ride, and enjoy a movie with family and friends. Mallard Lakes is a great place to enjoy all the activities of the beach and an ocean resort along with the peace and quiet of a relaxing getaway.

There was an issue which mildly impacted getting our entrance code, but Chris was very quick to fix the problem. He was very easy to contact and communicate with, which was very appreciated. Mallard Lakes is a beautiful community! Everyone I met there was very friendly and neighborly, and the pool and other amenities were lovely. My family and I had a wonderful experience, I would definitely return!

This is a great house in a great community. My husband and 2 kids wanted a week at the beach and this place was perfect. My kids loved the sand volleyball court, the pools, and the little dock where they could see fish and crabs in the water. Restaurants weren't far away and the beach was an easy drive for us. The host was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this place!

My family enjoyed a long weekend. It’s in a great location with plenty of amenities . Chris is super responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

I traveled with my husband, mother-in-law and two kiddos (ages 7 and 10). We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and Chris was an excellent and responsive host. I reached out to him a few times and he was kind and very, very timely in his responses. I was a bit worried about not being closer to the beach, but we were able to quickly and easily access the beach via Lighthouse road.
