The Master bedroom has its own master bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 48 inch 4K Smart TV’s and SPACIOUS closets.
*The 2 QUEEN sized beds hold 4 people. Many people have asked to have a 5th person stay in the house, the 5th person may stay on the comfortable sectional sofa.
The living room has high ceilings with a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a comfortable sectional sofa.
**Home is stocked with all your needs: sheets, towels, plates, cups, pillows and more!!
Full access to backyard (fenced in) with patio table and chairs. BBQ also available for use.

Only a 20 minute drive to Tampa Airport and 10 minutes to the BEACH!!

Great location for my daughter to see friends. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Only 30 min from anything you want from beaches to downtown.

We enjoyed staying at this cute, clean and comfortable house. It was located in a quiet neighbor and a short drive to the beach and Tropicana Field.

Very clean and functional. Quiet and private neighborhood. Kitchen appliances very good. lClose to restaurants and beaches. No community pool.We are of an older generation and had difficulty with the 3 TVs. For long term guests, you will not be able to receive mail there. Banks of locked mailboxes. Owner has key in Another state. We used FedEx for prescription med delivery.

We found this property to be perfect for our needs. There were businesses close by and good proximity to where we wanted to go. One suggestion would be to change out the non stick pans that are scratched because they are toxic. Loved the different birds that were in the front yard every day.
