⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor, on a courtyard, and gets little natural light. The bedrooms have no windows that open: there is little fresh air, especially at night. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment has only one toilet, which is separate; neither bathroom has one. With six guests, this takes some organisation.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 55 m² (592 sq ft), quiet on a courtyard and at ground level, in a lively street full of restaurants and shops, close to Cadet, Grands Boulevards and Chaussée d'Antin – La Fayette metro stations, with two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

In terms of amenities, you have a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, as well as Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

The building is secure (with a keypad and video intercom).

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in.
