## Neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.
Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam. You can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Absolut Zentral und sogar mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Kind , zwar klein aber ausreichend. Leider quietscht das Bett sehr. Aber wenn das behoben wird, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Kleine, sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegene und trotzdem zentral. Die Innenstadt und auch der Strand sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Neben dem Schlafzimmer, gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Einen Punkt Abzug gibts für das quietschende und unbequeme Bett.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Ausstattung, alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Tolles Badezimmer. Nette Vermieter. Zentrum ist fußläufig in 5 - 10 min erreichbar.

We were there to work on a book and it was the perfect place for it. Small house with everything you need, close enough to the beach, nice terace etc.
