We really enjoyed the first-floor condo overlooking the pool. The 4 bedroom 3 bath was the perfect size for our family. I would stay at this property again. The host was great about communicating with us. The upgrades to the kitchen and master bath were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Paul was a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout our stay. We didn’t realize the A/C wasn’t working until late Wednesday night, but after calling Paul Thursday morning, he immediately took action and had an HVAC technician out the very same day. The unit ended up needing to be replaced, and a brand-new A/C unit was installed the next day.Even with the temporary A/C issue, the condo was still very comfortable thanks to the ceiling fans and the refreshing breeze from the water. We absolutely loved the location, the beautiful view, and the friendly people in the building. We can’t wait to rent here again!

Next to the pool and beach, spacious and close to everything else. We were there for a week and had a wonderful family time.

First of all we went to the wrong address cause its 2 addresses the same but different zips. Took us 45 mins away.
This condo was a little older then what the pictures are showing. The water in the master bedroom was cold. The dishes was not very organized. The Tvs was very difficult . The TV in the master room went out a few minutes after we got there. Called the owner and he said he was going to send someone out and didnt. The stove was very old. In other words this place is time for an update. I loved the ocean front but its was an area for older people. Not much going on here. We had to make our own entertainment. But over all it served its purpose.
