This soundproofed studio is designed for relaxation and flexibility, featuring a private screened-in patio with gorgeous bay views—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening breezes. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed and your choice of a full-size futon with a comfortable innerspring mattress or a sofa, ideal for couples or small families.
The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Nuwave burner, and electric skillet—everything you need to prepare simple meals. You’ll also have access to two grills on the shared patio: a gas grill and a classic Old Smokey charcoal grill.
Unwind in the spacious walk-in shower, complete with a built-in bench, rain shower head, body jets, and a handheld wand for a spa-like experience.
Parking is easy and boat-friendly—ample space is available behind the property near the white garage and barn. Let us know if you`re bringing a boat so we can provide detailed instructions.

Cats are strictly prohibited due to a severe allergy. Please help us maintain a safe environment for all guests.
🐟 Fish Cleaning
Please do not clean fish inside the apartment. A designated cleaning station is available near the bay, just past the boat ramp.
🚗 Parking
We`ll send you a text with detailed parking instructions before your arrival.
Do not park in active driveways under any circumstances.

This was the perfect little studio to call home for our stay in Palacios. It was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and always cool A/C. With a perfect, unobstructed view of the bay, the screened porch was a great place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee and an evening cocktail. We really appreciated that the host, Marianne, was available, friendly and so accommodating to our needs. Loved our time at Coastal Cottage. Thanks Marianne!

Everything was great. Very comfortable place. Convenient yet "out of the way". Quiet little town. Not commericialized location. Access the the bay area beaches, pier fishing, sea wall, restauants, short drive to ocean access breaches. House had everything needed. Well decorated. Loved the plants and patio. Host was professional, friendly, courteous, helpful. Will stay here again!
