Location was perfect drive to most outtings especially in big cottonwood canyon. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Having the park nearby was a life saver with toddlers. Kitchen was organized and supplies labeled. The listing advertises hot tub however the hot tub was clearly drained and not working, but we were not Notified of that prior to arrival so we were very disappointed in that. We also had an issue with the AC not working. It was 85 degrees in the house at one point. We were without working ac for 2.5 days of our trip. The management company had someone out to assess, but we waited an extra day for repair. When I inquired about a partial refund for inconvenience I got no response. While we know broken ac is not in anyone’s control and things happen, there was no offer to bring fans over.
