This home is clean and fresh and so nicely appointed with all the thoughtful details. The location is great and it’s very nice to have off street parking. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the pretty back patio. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage for a stay in Newport. We’d definitely come back here again with our family of 8!

Wonderful stay. House is clean, well decorated and has everything a family needs ... so well done! Close to all the restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time at Waypoint!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!! Our family used this home as our home base for our daughter's May 30 wedding in Newport, RI. Not only was the house and yard spotless and exactly as described, this host went above and beyond in making the place homey, charming, and comfortable. It is by far the best stocked home we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The host was available and immediately responsive to to any questions we had. We could not have been happier. We loook forard to coming back someday soon for a longer stay.

Really fantastic rental. Even better than described. Thanks so much Linda!
