*****5th Floor Condo******
At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!
Brand newly remodeled condo. The owners of this condo recently took the mirrors from the living room down and added shiplap. They also painted the entire condo and put new floors down in winter of 2020. The condo is in impeccable condition.
This large condo comfortably sleeps 13 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.
* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.
The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a large flat screen tv.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.
All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.
This Unit is on the 5th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The condo could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall great location, outstanding views of the gulf from the balcony and master bedroom. Really enjoyed the heated indoor pool each day. Four of us stayed the week and the condo was comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a good stay, had some issues with tv's, lights and a few other things but our host Jonathan was prompt and answered all our needs as best he could.

The cleanliness was disappointing in the room. The baseboards were very dirty. The bathrooms had a lot of mold in various places along baseboards. The cleaning crew did come back to re mop floors and new sheets. All of the bedsheets were full of sand. I believe this was due to the fact that the washer and dryer seemed to be clogged with sand. The dryer took almost 2 hours to dry most things and the washer did not wash very well. It There was only 1 kitchen hand towel. Minimal utensils and cooking equipment. The listing stated that there were 2 king beds, 2 queens and a twin over a queen bunk. That was not true. Both of the “queens” were full size beds. The second King bed was not a King, it was a queen. The hot tub was extremely dirty on one part of the property. My daughter actually got a skin infection due to this. The elevators were very slow (sometimes taking up to 10-15 minutes). The host was responsive and it was easy to check in. We loved the pools and beach. I also liked the security. However, I would not stay here again. The listing was misleading and pictures were deceiving.
