This 2nd row duplex is nestled at the very end of an oceanfront culdesac which allows a very private and unique setting. The home sits sky high on a dune that provides exceptional ocean views from the top level and there is a semi private beach boardwalk that is just on the other side of the driveway.
As you enter the home on the ground level, you will find an entrance into a living area with a daybed and tv, and a room with pyramid bunk (twin/double) bed, a laundry room, and a full bath. This whole area can be closed off for added convenience. From this extra living space, there is a sliding glass door leading out onto a covered patio with an outdoor hot and cold shower. This level provides access to the garage that stores the always nice to have a second refrigerator, and the perfect complement to a summer's night... a gas grill.
The second level of the home is the bedroom level. A spacious primary king suite with a bath leads out to the oceanside deck.
