Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Associations Rules and Regulations. Enjoyed the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen. It was the perfect size and location for us. Very nice set up and quiet location. Had an awesome mini vacation. Highly recommend.

This property was better than I expected. If your traveling with kids and or a family this is a large spaced out apartment. Super close walk to the main areas of catalina. Was able to get checked-in early which was super helpful. The pool was out of order but I had read the previous reviews and it also stated that but your at the ocean so don’t waste your time at a pool when the ocean is a 5-10 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place. The price is great compared to other places considering the size of unit it is with multiple bedrooms and showers

Everything was great, but I should’ve checked if there was AC. Condo had no AC and circulation had a tough time sleeping.
